I travel fairly often to go on hiking trips, and sometimes for work. I found myself needing a place to spend the night and wound up here I was expecting a decent room with a good location. What I got, far exceeded my expactations. Seriously, my stay and interactions I had with the satff was fantastic and has set the bar very high for any other hotel I stay at. Upon checking in I was greeted by Jennfier who, simply put, has an amazing personality and made the check in process much more than a "payment please, here's your room". It felt like I was talking to a friend I hadn't seen for awhile. Just a fun check-in process. The room was outstanding. I like to peak at the little things when I first get into a room and there was nothing out of place, or missed. Everything was spotless. Towels were soft, Room was spacious. Just a really comfortable room. Brekfast, let's not forget about breakfast. The amount of choices were spectacular. From hot to cold, fresh fruit, etc they had it all. No way you could leave here hungry. A great start to a new day. The location of this hotel is perfect as well. A gas station right next door, and several places to eat within a 5 minute (or less) drive. It was the perfect location for me and what I needed. I hope to be in this area again so I can stay here, I enjoyed it that much.

The breakfast was very good and I was very happy to see a refrigerator in our room for my meds and for snacks/pop/water that we brought along. There was no elevator. As much stuff as we had, we brought it in on one of your carts and then found out we'd have to take it off the cart and walk it upstairs. I have bad knees so that wasn't going to work. I was told they could get us 2 rooms on the first level so we didn't have to carry it all up the stairs. They were very adament that it was no problem for them to do that. They were so kind in helping us out.

I liked how the bed was clean and neat when we got there, and how the remote was in a clean packaging, staff was super friendly and chill and I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure as a great place to be at. Excellent service from staff we did not wait around for more than 30 seconds before staff came and talked to us. Very patient and great people.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff making sure everyone stayed quite. There was Hockey teams and dance teams staying and didn't hear them. Not like other hotels I've stayed at. Very friendly staff. The staff found a few expensive things I left behind and made an awesome effort to make sure I received them back.
